We manufacture our vinyl exclusively through GZ Digital Media in the Czech Republic, one of the most reputable vinyl production and full service printing houses in the world. Our engineers have some of the most extensive experience in the world and have been producing the highest quality records and the most cutting edge print work in the world for decades. What the process does, essentially, is removes a step in the process of pressing a record. Ordinarily, when you have a lacquer cut, you have to then metalicize that lacquer to mould the stamping plates from it. A DMM Processor allows you to simply carve that metallic (copper) plate directly using a diamond bit. Having one fewer transfer, it yields a far cleaner and more powerful sound.

VINYL COMPOUND - GZ's vinyl compound has for the last few years won many awards in Europe and for that reason is exported and used by many other European vinyl facilities. To boot, we use only 100% virgin vinyl! When you press a record, scraps cut around the records edges can be melted and placed back in the vat, so to speak...we DO NOT do that. We use only 100% pure Award Winning virgin compound. Check out what we can do with it.

PRINTING, PACKAGING, AND FULLFILLMENT - Another reason we have for convincing you to press with us is the simplicity in only dealing with one company in the manufacture (and, if you choose, fulfillment) of your vinyl and all the rest of your company's products. For vinyl, you will no longer have to deal with one company for jackets and another for mastering and another for the pressing and another for the shipping. With us it's one order, one check, records at your door with posters, stickers, t-shirts, and anything else that you might need.
